Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth Implementation of Group HR Policies, Labor Laws and units Code of Conducts
  • Assist in the recruitment & selection process in terms of primary selection, technical assessment, and onboarding within the deadline
  • Handle the Interview process online & offline accordingly
  • Prepare official letters
  • Maintain all HR issues as per law benchmark
  • Ensure proper attendance & leave management
  • Ensure maintenance of all personal files and update documentation regularly as per requirement
  • Identify & ensure organized awareness or development necessity as per requirement
  • Maintain liaison with Group HR for all HR issues to update and impose
  • Monitor and update all separation issues to Group HR as and when required
  • Ensure organizational branding
  • Facilitate Employee Engagement
  • Maintain HRIS System as per requirement
  • Maintain and submit reports, and documents where and whenever required by the management
  • Monitor the office environment to maintain a neat and clean ambiance
  • Handling Disciplinary and Grievance, employee relation issues as per law
  • Deal with day-to-day administrative responsibilities and acknowledge the top authority accordingly
  • Purchase, re-order, requisition, and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory
  • Maintain all logistics and transport issue
  • Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Experience in the software industry is preferable
  • Organized mindset and ability to draw clarity in messy situations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Active Listening, and proper note-taking skills
  • Ability to conduct meetings, surveys, focus groups, and presentations
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to do research given topics or solutions or about a specific problem
  • Strong command of MS Office
  • Basic Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law & Act
  • Solid command of the English language, and interested in developing an HR career in the technical services industry
